Message from the Preparatory School Headteacher
I am proud that BISAK Preparatory School prides itself on providing an excellent start to a child's education as well as preparing pupils for their senior education and adult life. Our well respected pastoral care supports and equips our pupils with the academic skills they will need to thrive. We effectively nurture and develop their skills and talents through our enriched teaching and learning opportunities. Our confident and independent pupils have a great love for learning.
With attentive and caring support our dedicated staff identify strengths and areas for development at an early age. These insightful observations and assessment enable them to structure individual learning so that each pupil has the best opportunity to achieve their full potential.
From the moment the children enter in our Nursery classes, the high-quality teaching and learning are taught through a broad, balanced and exciting curriculum, tailored to our international setting. In our Nursery and Reception classes, we follow the English Early Years Framework. In Years 1-6 we deliver the English National Curriculum through a cross-curricular approach using themes led by different subject programmes of study namely history, geography and science.
We believe all children can succeed in their learning and they are all entitled to high academic excellence. Staff educate pupils as individuals and fully supports them, to challenge themselves to do their very best.
You only need to visit for a short time to notice the happiness and enthusiasm of the pupils in lessons and around the school. We would be delighted to meet you, show you our school and you can see at first hand why we are so proud of BISAK.
